Job Description
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, from initial strategy development through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.
- Campaign and Event Management: Oversee both digital and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Client Communication: Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing regular check-ins, updates, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify any potential issues or roadblocks and work with both clients and internal teams to resolve them effectively.
- Budget Management: Help manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and projects remain within financial scope.

Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management or a client-facing role within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
