We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy for one or more of our clients’ online presences, in order to increase their online reach and improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Communicate with relative clients to plan upcoming offline and online campaigns/calendars
• Develop, implement and manage one or more monthly social media strategy
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to optimize our clients’ online efforts
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
