Job Description
- Supervise and lead the team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, supervisors, and laundry personnel
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standard
- Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient task completion.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, forecasting expenses and optimizing cost efficiency.
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff, focusing on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest interaction.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma is a plus
