Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of secretaries, receptionists, cafeteria staff, and housekeeping personnel.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and best practices.
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling for secretarial and reception functions
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of office areas, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- Ensure the cafeteria services meet quality and hygiene standards
- Handle any staff issues, providing guidance and support when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain supplies and resources for office, cafeteria, and housekeeping needs.
- Provide regular reports on administrative performance to management.
- Uphold company policies and ensure all administrative staff comply with them.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative supervision or office management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping and hospitality standards is a plus.
