Job Description

Job Brief: 

  • The main purpose of the role is managing orders from receipt to delivery at customers named place within agreed lead time.
  • Maintaining relevant data with regards to order forms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and being single point of contact for all internal and external customer related queries. Managing all coordination with distributors, warehouse and transport service providers.

  • Stocks Management +All related technical & SAP changes & improvement
  • Claims and Quality Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business or any related field.
  • From 2 to 3 years supply chain work experience particularly in customer service.
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken.
  • Hands on with SAP CS modules.
  • Strong command on MS excel.
