Job Description
- Strong understanding of the process through making a VSM and see the bottleneck and find an opportunity of improvement.
- Draw a process map for the area of responsibility.
- Drives the Standardization of Processes and implementation of best practices.
- In charge of training all the stakeholders at all levels
- Support departments to achieve target in their Scorecard.
- Follow-up the lean scorecard with lean representatives
- Apply lean tools (5s, Kaizen, PDCA, HoshinKanri, TPM, SMED…etc.) in the workplace.
- Drive ideas and principles based on lean methodology by eliminating the 8 wastes.
- Improve Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) culture.
- Engaging in Roadmap creation.
- Responsible for managing & Leading continuous improvement Projects.
- Create a problem-solving culture & Mindset.
- Working collaboratively by sharing specialist knowledge amongst team and peer group, other offices, and regions whilst championing and actively participating in relevant group initiatives and training at all levels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Of engineering (Preferred industrial – Production)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools & 6 Sigma
- Certified Six Sigma yellow belt - Greenbelt (Preferred)
- Proficient computer skills including M/S Office (PowerPoint, excel, Word, outlook)
- Very Good English command (Preferred)
- Able to work in a complex work environment.
