Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met according to the approved schedule.
- Distribute work orders to technicians and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and inspect products during all manufacturing stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Approve finished products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with maintenance for scheduled servicing of machines.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Oversee the loading process to ensure product safety during transportation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in factory operations or production lines.
- Experience with CNC machines is preferred.
- Strong ability to lead a team and ensure product quality.
