Job Description
- Manage company sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Achieve planned sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop, implement sales plans
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.
- Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 10 years in real estate is a must
- Proven work experience as a sales manager / Team leader
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Excellent presentation skills
