Job Description

  • Develop and execute the export sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Identify and penetrate new international markets while expanding existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and key accounts.
  • Lead and manage the export sales team to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contracts, and negotiations in international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in expanding into international markets and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and international trade practices.
