Job Description
- Develop and execute the export sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets while expanding existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and key accounts.
- Lead and manage the export sales team to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contracts, and negotiations in international markets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in expanding into international markets and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and international trade practices.
