Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, and presentations for new real estate developments, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of marketing production from concept to completion, working cross-functionally with design, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Handling Real Estate Campaigns including online ads, social media content, video production, email campaigns, and digital content creation to drive lead generation with marketing agency
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of messaging, design, and brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, including printers, photographers, videographers, and digital agencies, to ensure smooth execution of projects within budget and deadlines.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that will enhance the company’s marketing strategies and content.
- Event Support: Assist in the production of marketing materials for real estate events.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in marketing production, Preferred
real estate or marketing agency. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with real estate marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
