Job Description
Fluent English Customer Service Representatives are needed for a new Offshore account (USA)
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
Working Conditions
- Location: New Cairo
- Fixed working hours:
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Transportation provided
- Fixed 2 Days Off.

Job Requirements
- BA in any University
- Fluently English Speakers.
- Experience in Customer Service not less than 1 year
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
