Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team for a local Arabic-speaking account. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide exceptional service that meets company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately.
- Meet performance KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Males only are welcomed to apply.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible with working night shifts.
- Only 1 day off per week (rotational weekends).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
