Job Description
- Schedule, manage the maintain the CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments meetings, and organizing travel arrangements .
- Filter general information, inquiries, phone calls, and invitations to the CEO by forwarding this contact as appropriate.
- Conduct regular daily meetings with the CEO to discuss.
- Handle confidential documents.
- Handle all outgoing, and incoming correspondence, prioritize them ( Email, Message ).
- Manage access to the CEO , Prioritize, appointments, and communicate to maximize the CEO's time.
- Assist the CEO in task delegation, and follow up to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely, efficient manner.
- Preparing reports, and conducting research.
- Assistant with presentation preparation.
- Managing office operations, and administrative tasks.
- Managing the CEO’s schedule, tasks, and coordinating meetings.
- Ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Organizing files, meeting, and greeting the CEO guests.
Job Requirements
- English language
- Good communication skills
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive administrative assistant
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
