There is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within the Recruitment department ofThe Allsopp & Allsopp Group reporting directly to the Recruitment Director, based from our Office in Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai.Salary Range: AED 8,000 + Commission (AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 OTE)Once promoted to Senior: 35,000 to AED 45,000 OTEHours:Full TimeLocation:DubaiYour Role Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, internal database and networking Screening candidates via phone, email and social media in a professional, confident and friendly manner Shortlisting CVs Advertising jobs online through our bespoke media buying platform Sourcing suitable vacancies for our vast database of candidates Networking, socially and face to face Maintaining the recruitment and human resources database Diary management General administrationRequired Experience Previous sales experience either over the phone or face to face Target driven Money motivated Excellent communicator Persuasive Exceptional listening skills An excellent work ethic A valid UK driving license & own carAbout You Positive and hardworking attitude Excellent written and communication skills in English Fluency in second language advantageous Presentable, professional and honest Strong networking skills Smart business dress is required at all times Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense)
