Job Description
- Conduct outbound- inbound phone calls (Sales, Follow-ups, payments, confirmations, referrals, website visitors & feedback)
- Sending emails to customers includes calendars- programs outlines- registration forms & offers
- Social media and website activities such as Ads, posts and reply to comments & message on Social media, and also update our offerings on the website quarterly
- Responsible for CRM data entry
- Submitting Sales reports- invoices to financial team
- Sending the classes requests to operations to book trainers accordingly
Job Requirements
We are looking to hire a "Business Development Coordinator" with the below requirements;
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Telesales or Customer Service experience.
- Experience with generating leads and do the overall Sales Cycle.
