We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import & Export Operations Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in our international supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations in compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipments, resolve any logistical issues, and maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and customs regulations, particularly in Egypt and key partner countries.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast and plan logistics needs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards relevant to international transport.
