Job description:
- Developing cross Selling & up selling strategies.
- Generate new leads, create proposals & send agreements to clients.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and potential sourcing channels.
- Having an excellent knowledge of business services and value proposition.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5 years of Experience in sales and business development preferably in HRO and/or training fields.
- Excellent English Level.
- Ability to manage several projects & accounts.
- High-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
- Owning car is a must.
