Job Description
- Execute logistics operations for billets by receiving vessel nominations, for acceptance or rejection, then manage documentation and readiness to receive the billets shipments.
- Receive updates from customs clearance agents regarding the daily status of billets volume (storage and transportation).
- Receive billets status reports and also create and receive billets delivery reports using excel to ensure efficient transportation.
- Cooperate with custom clearance administrator to finalize bank documents and procedures by preparing Bank forms, acquiring signature verification, and releasing documents from banks.
- Participate in preparing the documentation of shipments to ensure the smoothness of shipments logistics operations by preparing projects shipments forms, acquiring signature verification, and release docs from banks.
- Receive pre-alert and documents for imported billets shipments to update incoming transportation plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 – 4 years in similar position.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
