Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Account Manager to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone , email , and visiting the client locations and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Sales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone , email , and also visiting the client locations as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using PW presentations and live demonstration .
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Building a new network of leads .
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as B2B Sales Consultant role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone , email , and visiting the client locations
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to learn about Software products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
