Job Description
Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian and Bahrain markets. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key accounts such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, BAPCO, and other major players in the region. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of our target industries. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with broader company objectives. Technical expertise: Leverage your knowledge of advanced nondestructive testing (ToFD, PAUT, TFM ...), non-metallic composite repair, internal girth coating, coating / rubber lining removal, heat treatment services, and on-site machining to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. Presentations and Exhibitions: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences, enhancing our visibility and brand reputation. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting both client expectations and company standards. Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve performance. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 6 years in business development or relevant experience in maintenance of refineries, power plants, and petrochemicals, preferably within the industries of advanced nondestructive testing, composite wrapping, coating, or related technical services.Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, with a strong focus on results.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.A team player who values collaboration and customer focus.Travel Requirements: This role requires travel flexibility up to 50% of the time, including visits to client sites, industry events, and potential market areas.
