Job Description

Assistant Manager

  • Client/ customer relationship 
  • menu revision and optimization 
  • order taking form customers 
  • overlooking chefs and accountant to make sure all are working as per agreement and scope
  • dealing with retailers orders and follow up 
  • market visit to ensure product placement and stock availability in stores
  • innovative ideas to grow the business and bring customers on board 
  • tracking social media to follow up and reply to customers

Job Requirements

Assistant Manager

● Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position

● Experience with overlooking reports and making sure they are accurate 

● Familiarity with financial and customer service principles

● Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics

● Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

● Leadership and organizational abilities

● Interpersonal and communication skills

● Problem-solving attitude

● Innovative attitudes to come up with ideas and solutions
