Assistant Manager
- Client/ customer relationship
- menu revision and optimization
- order taking form customers
- overlooking chefs and accountant to make sure all are working as per agreement and scope
- dealing with retailers orders and follow up
- market visit to ensure product placement and stock availability in stores
- innovative ideas to grow the business and bring customers on board

Job Requirements
Assistant Manager
● Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
● Experience with overlooking reports and making sure they are accurate
● Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
● Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
● Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● Leadership and organizational abilities
● Interpersonal and communication skills
● Problem-solving attitude
● Innovative attitudes to come up with ideas and solutions
