Job Description

  • Identifying new project opportunities through networking, tenders, and specialized market sources.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants to ensure business continuity and repeat contracts.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify client needs and strategic directions.
  • Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering and pricing teams.
  • Participating in contract negotiations to secure the best possible terms for the company.
  • Following up with clients post-contract to ensure satisfaction and support future collaboration opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development within construction companies, preferably in the MEP field.
  • Solid understanding of the local construction market and strong connections with developers and consultants.
  • Proficient in reading tender documents, including BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional client handling.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly business acquisition targets.
  • Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical).
