Job Description

 

  • Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize a complex schedule, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and manage confidential documents.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and organize domestic and international travel seamlessly, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies, and manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate team meetings, offsite events, and special projects, attending events on behalf of the Founder.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing priorities, occasional after-hours work, and last-minute requests.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible and reliable with a problem-solving mindset.
