Job Description
- Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize a complex schedule, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and manage confidential documents.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and organize domestic and international travel seamlessly, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies, and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Event Planning: Coordinate team meetings, offsite events, and special projects, attending events on behalf of the Founder.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing priorities, occasional after-hours work, and last-minute requests.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible and reliable with a problem-solving mindset.
