Job Description
-Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
-Tech Eco-System penetration
-Acceptance Growth hacking and Sustainability Planning
-Strategic and cross-functional Accounts acquisition
-Partnering with new payment Schemes/Providers
-Partnering with Tech-Enabler companies.
-Partnering with Consumer Finance Companies.
-Acquire and Manage Digital Transformation Accounts "Malls & Projects".
-Partnering with Software and digital marketing houses for referral programs.
-Partnering with Commerce enabler companies
-Represents the department in events.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as an Partnership Manager, Key Account Manager, business development Manager, or relevant role.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, banking or related field is preferred .
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills oral and written.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
