Job Description
- Conduct data analysis and market research according to the requirements of comprehensive supporting area project.
- Prepare any proposals and calculations according to work requirements.
- Draft all the contracts (Selling, renting…etc.) distributing the contracts, signing the contracts, archiving in our folders, giving the customers their copy.
- Daily flow-up and communicate regularly with customers to know their needs, demands and acquirements.
- Follow the land property fees settlement yearly and send the invoices to the customers.
- Receive customer and make presentation, offer units and record their data and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in Market Research or relevant field
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
