Job Description
- Analyze and monitor performance across departments (Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Design and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and track progress.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through regular reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and operational performance.
- PIs, business metrics, and operational performance.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in retail, E-Commerce or FMCG is a plus.
