Job Description
- Enhancing the issuing card flow and SLA
- Handling any functional issue related to Fawry Card
- Handling Fawry Cards customers' requests & inquiries,
- Handling Fawry Cards customers complain,
- Check and revise the product process and procedures in order to enhance the cycle for customers satisfactions.
- Ensure that cards flow is prefect via internal & external cycle.
- Check the daily payment complaints
- Issuing the statement requests and letter of proof of card closure requests
- Managing the all bank requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Statistics, Business Administrations or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Fin-Tech field.
- 2-5 years' experience in Operations
- Assisting Back-office duties.
- Familiar with all card's issues.
- flexible to work in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent communications skills
