Job Description

  • Enhancing the issuing card flow and SLA
  • Handling any functional issue related to Fawry Card 
  • Handling Fawry Cards customers' requests & inquiries, 
  • Handling Fawry Cards customers complain, 
  • Check and revise the product process and procedures in order to enhance the cycle for customers satisfactions. 
  • Ensure that cards flow is prefect via internal & external cycle.
  • Check the daily payment complaints
  • Issuing the statement requests and letter of proof of card closure requests
  • Managing the all bank requests 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Statistics, Business Administrations or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Fin-Tech field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in Operations
  • Assisting Back-office duties.
  • Familiar with all card's issues.
  • flexible to work in a very dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communications skills
