- Security Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including access control, visiting,
incident response, and emergency preparedness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external security agencies - Security Assessments and Planning:
- Conduct security assessments of the facility or area to identify vulnerabilities
and develop appropriate security plans. - Incident Management:
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, or disturbances when
necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee the appropriate actions taken by security guards,
ensuring effective incident management, reporting, and resolution.
Financial Duties: - Asset Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of security-related assets, such
as surveillance systems, access control systems, and security vehicles.
- Monitor asset utilization, track maintenance and repair, and ensure proper
documentation of asset-related movement - Team Management Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of security guards and seniors.
- Providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them perform their duties
effectively. - Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for security guards to enhance
their skills, knowledge, and adherence to security policies.
- Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, providing guidance,
training, and performance evaluations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures align with
overall business objectives and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Security operations.
- Good command of MS Office programs.
- Good English Language.
