Description :
Manage and Coordinate communication with branch staff.
- Execute the General Manager's daily instructions.
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise & Manage about 6-12 employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Handles cash flow and issues receipts.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
Job Requirements
Requirements:-
Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
- Presentable
- Maximum age 36 years old.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Well organized.
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
