Job Title: Executive Assistant to Business Owner – Wellness & Design Industries
Location: Remote (with occasional travel if needed)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the owner of two dynamic companies—one in the wellness sector and the other in design and artisan practices. Both businesses are managed remotely, and the role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from strategic business support to creative project coordination and occasional personal assistance.
You will be the owner’s second set of hands—helping turn ideas into action, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact, managing communications and schedules across both companies.
- Assist in developing and launching projects, from fashion collection development to wellness campaigns.
- Take detailed minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, designers, wellness practitioners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in both business and personal projects, including travel planning, event coordination, and personal errands.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges before they arise.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – excellent communication skills are a must. Fluent in Arabic, some translation will be required both spoken and written (translating documents and presentations)
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms).
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Flexible and comfortable supporting both professional and personal initiatives.
- Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, artisan crafts, and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the wellness, fashion, or creative industries.
- Familiarity with remote work tools like Slack, Asana, or Trello.
- Event planning or production coordination experience.
