Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (Fresh Graduates ONLY)
Location: New Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time (6 days/week)

I’m not looking for just an assistant. I’m looking for someone sharp, ambitious, and hungry to grow—someone who can stand by my side and help run everything that makes Hype Egypt and Mesh Ader Social Club what they are.
This isn’t a “small tasks” role. You’ll be involved in everything I do, from managing production to shaping brand direction. If you’re ready to learn directly from me and prove you can handle big responsibilities, this role will change your career.

Responsibilities:

Run our websites and ensure products and content are always on point.

Be part of production processes with me—understand how things get made and make them happen.

Communicate directly with influencers, workers, and customers on behalf of the brand.

Own the details and keep everything running smooth so I can focus on growth.

Handle challenges fast and think solutions, not problems.

Plan, schedule, and oversee product launches, campaigns, and collaborations.

Manage inventory, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

Support marketing initiatives and social media strategy alongside me.

Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to help drive business decisions.

Assist in budgeting, cost management, and financial tracking.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Represent the brand professionally at meetings, events, and with partners.
