Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing strategy and grow our brand presence across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong design and content execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Supervise product photo shoots and video content production.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and bloggers.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator is a must).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and content creators.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency.
