Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse keeper to manage our warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, and order dispatching. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials (raw materials, finished products).
- Organize and manage stock levels (bags, accessories, packaging, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of inventory in/out using physical logs or software.
- Prepare and dispatch orders based on production and sales needs.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
- Ensure the store/warehouse is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align inventory flow with demand.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping (preferably in fashion or manufacturing).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with stock management systems or Excel.
- Ability to lift/move inventory as needed.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and proactive.
