This position is responsible for the planning, controlling and Management of the CNC production process as efficiently as possible according to quality standards, and delivered as per plans, and is also responsible for the maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement production schedules aligned with the weekly production plan, allocate resources effectively, manage workforce rotations, and oversee the execution of schedules. 
2. Coordinate and supervise daily CNC operations to ensure compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures. 
3. Modify existing CNC programs to improve production efficiency and enhance product quality. 
4. Supervise production output quality, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. 
5. Optimize resource utilization, including manpower and materials, to enhance operational efficiency. 
6. Facilitate the introduction of new products through effective design strategies and optimal equipment utilization. 
7. Minimize downtime during setup and tooling changeovers to maintain production continuity. 
8. Optimize the use of consumables and cutting tools to reduce waste and costs. 
9. Analyze cost structures and manage cost drivers within the CNC cost center to ensure financial efficiency. 
10. Implement condition monitoring practices for early detection of potential machine failures and oversee preventive maintenance initiatives. 
11. Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards in alignment with EGIC manufacturing philosophy. 
12. Monitor adherence to safety and environmental management procedures to guarantee employee safety, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products and services. 
13. Supervise the timely preparation and accuracy of reports to fulfill company and departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
