Job Description
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (Turning, Milling, Router, Laser, Plasma, etc.).
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with high accuracy.
- Configure machines and tools according to project specifications.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and report machine issues as needed.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Minimize material waste and improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; or a strong technical diploma with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and/or programming.
- Proficiency in at least one CNC control system (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mach3, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
