Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation within the steel construction or heavy fabrication industry.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance, particularly for steel fabrication.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards relevant to steel construction environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Willingness to work onsite and adapt to flexible schedules as required by project demands.
