Job Description
Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical utilities systems, including HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, boilers, steam, purified water, and WFI systems.
Ensure utilities equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with GMP standards and safety regulations.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities equipment.
Support utility system validation, calibration, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed.
Participate in audits and provide technical support during inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or industrial utilities (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and utility operations within a GMP environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, steam boilers, purified water systems, and clean utilities.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
