Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the company's plan and targets. You will ensure a smooth daily operations activity. You will be also working on the Sales Team performance and development.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the Operations daily activities
- Create the budget for the sales plan
- Follow up on the Sales Team activities and ensure all sales plans are well executed
- Conduct market visits
- Create and execute effective development plans for the Sales Team
- Identify sales gaps and address them proactively
- Analyze areas sales performance and address any performance challenges
- Problem solving within department and with the commercial team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant major
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in on-ground activities and outdoor sales
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Excellent level of Excel and Microsoft Programs
