Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
Update internal databases with information on new hires.
Create and distribute guidelines and documents regarding company policies.
Collect payroll data, including working days.
Answer employees' questions about benefits, such as the number of vacation days available to them.
Monitor the company fleet and accommodations for blue-collar workers.
Administer the maintenance of caravans.
Oversee the administrative maintenance of generators.
Manage site services for water and drainage.
Track purchase orders.
Supervise the administrative tasks of Saraki workers.
Monitor the water crow.
Oversee the disbursement of funds from the safe accounts.
Manage the recording of diesel distribution for equipment accounts.
Maintain site facilities and handle any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in relevant field.
