• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, especially companies and factories.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present tailored solutions and commercial offers to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and sales pipelines until closing.
• Understand client needs and align them with PayMint’s services.
• Prepare regular reports and sales documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service delivery.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Acceptable level of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
