Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Supervise and manage teams of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
- Ensure the quality of electrical installations and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Track project expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project’s execution.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other necessary documentation as required by project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum +10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least +5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
