Job Description
- oversees and coordinates all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in construction projects.
- Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
- Keep track of and report on project progress.
- monitor project schedules and progress of MEP works to meet milestones.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, materials, equipment submittals.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a MEP Manager
- Ability to lead all MEP technical activities (Mechanical, and Electrical)
- Extensive experience designing and leading large-scale, complex design projects covering hospitality, and residential.
- Provide leadership and advice on how to solve technical and design challenges within projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
