Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Technical Office Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality MEP designs and technical solutions for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical office operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing project workflows, and managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve project excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years in MEP technical office roles, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in:
- MEP design software: AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, ETAP, HAP, Dialux.
- Construction standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEC, NFPA, IPC.
- Project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Proven track record in industrial projects.
PMP certification holders are preferred
