Job Description
- Full relevant professional experience in the design and assessment of fire protection systems in previous specialized fire protection engineering companies.
- Estimating costs for all supply and installation works required in tenders.
- Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
- Participating in Kick off Meeting of the projects and handing the contract documents over to the project manager and execution team.
- Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.
- Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with client.
- Able to prepare material list needed for projects.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing site reports and logging progress.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum experience of 8 years in the Fire Fighting field (as a Technical Office engineer & Site Engineer).
- Have previous experience as a technical office engineer.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- AutoCAD is a must.
- Preferable Revit experience.
