Job Description
- Present financial inclusion products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer’s needs.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales tactics
- Efficiently and professionally initiate new customer accounts to increase revenues.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to set a meeting/call on existing and potential customers
- Ensure the delivery of all the required documents in a timely manner to maintain accurate records in alignment with work policies and procedures.
- Prepare sales reports stating sales progress in order to support further decision making.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field would be advantage.
- At least 1 years of proven prior sales/retail experience “Banking is preferred”.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Interactive Communication/Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Problem-solving, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management/customer service skills and openness to feedback.
