Job Description
- Participation in the preparation of the manpower plan in the company at the end of the year, planning for the next year.
- Prepare and follow up on the Talent Acquisition database.
- Preparing the monthly resignation report for all departments.
- Preparing reports on the actual number of sales departments for all offices and comparing them with the planned number to know the periodic need of the department.
- Preparing reports on daily and weekly interviews.
- Receiving applications for appointment from the director of departments and matching them with the annual workforce plan.
- Take the necessary approvals for the appointment request and approve it from the director of the administration, the Talent Acquisition Manager of the group, and the director of the human resources department of the group.
- Announcing vacancies through various means such as (LinkedIn-wuzzuf -Forasna- FaceBook).
- Collect the largest number of CVs and match them with the job description
- Preparing a schedule for interviews with candidates who match the job specifications.
- Preparing a schedule for interviews with department managers to interview the final candidates for the job.
- Sending the job offer to the final candidate who has been selected for the job.
- Presentation and explanation of the candidate's job offer and the company's advantages
- Sending an email to other candidates who have rejected
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources or a similar relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong communication, Problem Solving & creativity skills.
