Job Description
• Manage the administration team and divide tasks to make sure everything is done properly and on time.
• Plan and organize schedules, travel, and meetings for senior management.
• Set up and manage company meetings and events.
• Keep files, reports, and records updated and organized.
• Oversee company vehicles and ensure they are safe, serviced regularly, and properly used.
• Manage the process of getting new vehicles, including licenses and contracts with leasing companies.
• Ensure office supplies are available and well stocked for all departments.
• Create and follow up purchase requests using the Oracle system and track the process until items are received.
• Maintain inventory for pantry and cleaning supplies.
• Help set goals for the administration team and regularly review performance to support improvement.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in administration.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and high-volume administrative operations.
