Job Description
- Develop and manage an editorial content calendar for product listings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and digital content that reflect brand voice.
- Upload and manage content across e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Optimize product images and descriptions to enhance both search visibility (SEO) and the overall online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching visuals including banners, product images, and campaign assets.
- Ensure all content is mobile-friendly and adheres to UX/UI best practices.
- Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to align content with customer needs and address inquiries.
- Keep product pages up to date with current pricing, availability, and ongoing promotions.
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends, exploring new content formats like videos, GIFs, and infographics to enrich the shopping experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Arabic.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to product content and online stores.
- Good knowledge of design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for staying up to date with digital and e-commerce trends.
