About the job:

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Supervisor to lead and grow our online and retail operations across marketplaces including Amazon, Noon in favor Samir Group - KSA

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and performance of our Amazon and Noon accounts.
- Coordinate with the content, pricing, and logistics teams to ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with platform requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales velocity, and return rates.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to optimize pricing and positioning.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment team to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Resolve platform-related issues (e.g., suspensions, listing errors, customer feedback) promptly.
- Generate and present weekly and monthly reports on performance, stock health, and sales forecasts.
- Support development and execution of the online brand strategy.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central and Noon.
- Residence nearby Heliopolis
- Strong knowledge of online retail KPIs, PPC campaigns, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with product content optimization, keyword tools, and campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with analytics dashboards.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce logistics and return flows.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
