Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Checking the assigned mailbox for new upcoming tour requests.
- Finding the proper itinerary or tailoring a new itinerary matching the client request.
- Calculating the quote to send with the chosen itinerary.
- Following through with the clients until the tour is booked
- Collecting the necessary data needed for the operation process.
- Handling the tour to the operations team and adding it to the booked system.
- Collecting the guest feedback while touring and coordinate with the operation team to ensure services excellent quality
- Any related additional task requested by the Manager
Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED
- Fluency in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in German or Spanish will be an additional advantage.
- Good knowledge of the different attractions and destinations where the company operates, notably in Egypt.
- Very good computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc)
- Energetic personality with capacity to learn fast. excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivation, innovative mindset, ability to recommend improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Good public relations skills.
- Ability to function well at a high level of pressure and to enhance team environment.
Preferable
- Previous experience working in a similar job, or retired tour guide
